Additional Information: Published in the Soviet Union and shows a guitarist performing next to a neon hammer and sickle. Organised by the World Federation of Democratic Youth (WFDY), the festival brought together 22,000 people from around the world to participate in a variety of events ranging from grand parades to disco nights.
