Reelect Roosevelt (American poster, 1940)

Additional information: The poster contrasts the purported achievements of Roosevelt’s first two terms with the purported failures of his predecessor Herbert Hoover. Scenes of misery and crisis in Hoover’s America in 1932 are juxtaposed with the more hopeful scenes of “New Deal 1940”, with higher wages, low rent homes and social security.
