Additional information: The painting depicts a Bolshevik revolutionary standing next to the Tsar’s throne in the Winter Palace, symbolizing the triumph of the October Revolution. Created by Lukin to commemorate the anniversary of the revolution, currently housed in the V. I. Lenin Museum.
